Completing the Process and starting your new lower repayments

You are now reaching the end of paying more than you need to on your mortgage!

Your mortgage approval is issued, your valuation complete and your chosen lender has issued your mortgage loan offer outlining terms you have selected. Your mortgage advisor will send you a copy of your loan offer along with items required to be submitted for mortgage draw down. These completion items are basic form filling and Insurance and you will be guided through this process by the doddl mortgage completion team.

You will need to meet with your solicitor and to sign the loan offer and return to the mortgage lender.
Your new mortgage lender will issue your mortgage funds to your solicitor who will in turn clear your existing mortgage.
Your mortgage advisor will confirm your first repayment and we will diary review of your mortgage at your chosen duration to ensure you continue to maximise interest savings on your mortgage.
